We provide simple, non-technical in-home assistance to help with everyday home tasks when you’re busy, away, or need an extra pair of hands.

This service is charged by the hour and is ideal for short visits or occasional support. Our assistant follows the exact instructions written in your booking notes and completes the tasks during the booked time.

Examples of tasks we can help with include house checks, collecting mail and parcels, watering indoor and outdoor plants, bin in/bin out, opening or closing windows and curtains, checking doors, windows and lights, letting in deliveries or trades (non-technical only), and photo confirmation if requested.

This service does not include cleaning, repairs, maintenance, electrical or plumbing work, gardening services, or heavy lifting.
