Not included:• Painting or repairs• Electrical or plumbing work• Deep cleaning• Licensed or technical services

Additional time: If additional time is required, extra time will be charged at $42 per hour and invoiced after the visit.

Professional proof: Arrival and departure times are recorded. Photos may be taken to confirm the service was completed.

Distance: Up to 7 km included. Additional distance: $1.50 per km.

Rules: No heavy lifting. Maximum item weight: 10 kg.
